You don’t need to have everything figured out to reach out for support.

Many of the people I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves—often without fully understanding why.

If something in your life feels like “too much” or “not quite right,” that’s enough.

You might be:

  • feeling anxious, even when things seem okay

  • easily overwhelmed by emotions or stress

  • overthinking or constantly “on edge”

  • feeling disconnected, numb, or shut down

  • struggling to relax or switch off

  • aware of your patterns, but unsure how to change them

These are not signs that something is wrong with you.

They are often signs of a nervous system that has been under pressure for a long time.

My work is gentle, trauma-informed, and grounded in the understanding that real change happens when the body feels safe.

I integrate:

  • somatic therapy

  • EFT tapping

  • mindfulness

  • nervous system regulation

  • elements of yoga and body awareness

We don’t rush the process.

We work in a way that feels manageable, respectful, and supportive of your pace.
