As someone who has personally experienced the challenges of building a life in a new country, I understand how deeply transitions can affect our sense of identity and belonging.

My journey as a psychologist and counsellor has been shaped by both professional training and personal experience.

I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner resources, regulate their nervous system, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and authentic.
